New MSSC Policy:  MSSC relies on multiple volunteers to keep costs low.  Over the course of the upcoming 2020 Fall season and the 2021 Spring season, families of each player will be expected to volunteer for a total of 2 hours to help with various tasks (field lining, mowing, community service events, check-in at tryouts, etc).  Those choosing to not volunteer can pay a $50 additional fee at time of payment.  Volunteer hours will be tracked and a fee may be assigned after the season if hours are not fulfilled and the $50 fee was not payed at the start of the season.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, complete the Illinois Medical Release form, and the Communicable Disease form.  We are only holding fall tryouts for the High School Girls team.  All other teams need to complete the registration and will be contacted by the coach of the respective team.  Boys and Girls with 2013-2014 birthdays who are interested in Academy (spring season), your registration also takes place here.

**For new players, please make sure you upload a copy of the player's birth certificate.   If you were not able to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate, please e-mail a copy to Hanna Richmond at hanna.c.richmond@gmail.com.  It is your responsibility to follow up regarding birth certificates.  Players will not be carded if we do not have a copy of your child's birth certificate.

You will receive an email that will give you further information regarding your child's team, club/team fees, etc.  You will also be given information regarding how to pay your child's club/team fee online. Please note, once you have paid, refunds will only be issued for medical reasons or if the player has moved out of the area. 

For Academy players there will be an informational meeting held sometime in  October; however, you need not attend the meeting to sign up and participate.
